What is your cancellation policy?
IsraelExplore.com will reserve a hotel based upon the information you submit. We process all reservations free of charge. However, if you cancel your reservation up to 3 working days before your scheduled arrival, we will charge you $20 US administration fee. If you cancel your reservation less than 3 working days before your stay or if you do not show at the hotel, you will be charged a fee which may exceed 100% for the first unused night.
If you need to change your reservation (even when you are already at the hotel), you have to contact the travel agency that represents our service. Full contact information will be provided to you in your E-mail hotel confirmation. If you do not notify the travel agency specified in your hotel confirmation of any changes, you are liable for the full amount based on your original hotel reservation request.

A tourist is a person who entered Israel with a foreign passport and his passport was stamped with Visa class B1, B2 or B3.
All other persons entering Israel including those with dual citizenship are subject to V.A.T.
